Highly recommend this clinic! The dentist was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I came to Idea Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction and to make a set of clear retainers. The dentist explained every step of the process in great detail, and made sure I was comfortable at each stage. Clear retainers cost 500RM while the extraction cost 300RM. I also decided to do a cleaning+polishing/scaling+fluoride treatment for 260RM. Overall very satisfied with this clinic, from the responsiveness of the receptionist via Whatsapp, to the on-site reception and dental services. I will be back in the future. Thank you!

I found this dental clinic by Google Map and reviews on it. The striking merit is 1) prompt appointment, which is appreciated when you suddenly have a sensitive tooth to treat, and 2) clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, 3) the cost is equal to or slightly above the average but acceptable. The downside is 1) a little bit far from JB Sentral for Singapore visitors, but it will just cost you about 20 rm by Grab, and 2) sometimes the slots are overbooked that you have to wait beyond the appointed time, maybe by 30 mins or more. Overall, I recommend a visit.

It was my first time here recommended by my friend. I did scaling and polishing and the experience was very good and professional. They were quick yet precise at the moment. Would definitely come back here again for my regular polishing.
So far made 3 visits to this clinic. twice in Nov 23 and once on 20 Jan 24. I had a complex upper molar tooth filling done on my second visit and another done in my third. Right from the moment we enter the clinic there was kind care by the staff. I was extremely pleased with Dr Jo’s attending my problem on all occasions, especially the second which was well over 60 min and due to his care at no point felt discomfort. It was first time that i noted the doctor would use a countdown method to let know how long each task lasts and that was very comforting! On my third visit i wasn’t even charged! thanks a lot to Dr Jo and staff at the clinic!!
Clean environment and the staff at Idea Dental were incredibly friendly. The doctor was gentle during scaling. This is the most comfortable scaling I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
I went here to do veneers for my 6 front teeth on the top jaw. Although there were some imperfections in the whittling down of the natural teeth enamel, after I expressed my concerns, I felt that the dentist went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the veneers I was getting. Even going so far as to show me how different the different coloured teeth cement would look on my teeth underneath the veneers, which meant he had to wash and dry the veneers after. He also showed me that I could floss the veneers which was important to me. Dr Sam was very gentle, and the staff really took pains to ensure I was happy with the retainer, making modifications to it whenever I indicated a need. The counter staff were so friendly and the customer service was indeed excellent. I really appreciate Dr Sam’s patience with me and the work that was done. The veneers and retainer took faster than I anticipated to arrive at their clinic, and while there was obviously discomfort somewhere in the process of getting the veneers, which is normal, Dr Sam and his team were professional, patient and it was a job well done! Thank you very much!

Dr Sam is very friendly and he will mention to me when he is going to do after that. Besides, he will explain to me what’s the purpose of doing this and how to prevent the issue get worsen. Super friendly and approachable service. Dr Sam was patient with my mum who is nervous with dentists and made sure she was comfortable throughout the entire scaling process. Very gentle and kept a slow pace although it took him a long time to finish the entire process. Will definitely take her back yearly for a regular clean-up!
